Returns/Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund less the shipping costs. Some conditions apply (see below).

Return/Exchange Conditions

Returned merchandise must be in new, unwashed and unused condition, in original packaging with all tags securely attached and any included manufacturer instructions. Items must be free from pet hair and odors including smoke. Items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

We cannot accept returns on sale or special-order items. We cannot accept returns on any personal care items due to hygiene concerns. Therefore, it is recommended that you only wash and try on ONE diaper before washing an entire order of diapers.

Requests for a return or exchange must occur within 14 days of receipt of your order. All sales are final after 14 days of receipt of your order.

If you return an item that was part of a package (quantity) discount, we will deduct the discount from your refund such that you pay regular price for the items you keep.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for Free Shipping based on a minimum-order total and returned items reduce your order total below this minimum, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

You are responsible for all shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise. (Shipping fees to return a mattress to Naturepedic are approximately $200-300.)

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returned merchandise totaling $100 or more and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

How to Submit a Return/Exchange

All returns and exchanges require prior approval by Tickled Green Baby. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval. Items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

To submit a return, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by following the steps below:

  • Sign in to your Tickled Green Baby account*
  • In the My Account menu, select Orders. (If the My Account menu is not visible, select your name from the top menu.)
  • Choose the order that contains the item(s) you want to return
  • At the top of the order info page, select Request to return product
  • Select the product you want to return
  • Identify the quantity and the reason for the return
  • Provide any other comments (optional)

*If you did not create an account when you placed your order, please contact us to have an account created for you.

You will receive an e-mail indicating whether your return request has been approved or denied. If approved, you will be provided with an RMA and instructions for sending your item(s) to us.

Item(s) must be received by Tickled Green Baby within 10 days of receipt of an RMA. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or gift receipt, if applicable) and packing slip with your return/exchange, as this is the only indication we have that the items were purchased from our store.

Please note: Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. If the original purchase was made with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the credit.

Please allow up to two weeks for the processing of your return.  Naturepedic returns will take longer to process because of the return shipping time to the United States.  You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.

Manufacturer Warranty and Defects

When you first receive your order, please examine your item(s) and notify us immediately of any defects so that we can assist you in the warranty/return process. Once an item has been washed or used, we can only assist with defects of a manufacturing nature. Defects covered under warranty are handled directly by the manufacturer after 14 days of receipt of your order. Costs incurred by returning a product for evaluation under warranty are the responsibility of the sender.

Please note: Warranty on cloth diapering products does NOT cover leaking (except as relating to manufacturing defects), repelling, stains, odors or normal wear-and-tear. Warranty is void with improper product care including, but not limited to, the use of inappropriate detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, lotions and diaper creams.
