We currently ship orders within Canada only.

Shipping Times

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within two business days of payment being received. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and take an average of 3 to 10 business days to arrive at their destination.

Please Note: If delivery of a package is returned to us for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all subsequent shipping charges incurred.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates include insurance and parcel tracking. Taxes apply.

Local residents may select free pick-up in Oshawa or $5 local delivery (view map of qualifying region). Arrangements for local pick-up are made within one day of payment being received. Local delivery of in-stock orders occurs within two days of payment being received.

*Free Shipping

• If your order total comes to $125.00 or more (after any coupons or discounts and before taxes), the shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your order total at checkout.
• Remote locations in Canada may incur additional shipping charges.
• Any item(s) returned from an order that qualified for Free Shipping will result in deduction of a shipping fee from the refund amount if the order total becomes less than the promotional minimum for Free Shipping.
• The purchase of Gift Certificates and Gift Wrapping does not count towards the Free Shipping promotion.

Parcel Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a link you can follow to track the shipping status of your package.

Packaging and Gift Wrap

We believe in keeping waste to a minimum. Your order may be packaged in a compostable plastic bag (for re-use in your compost bin) and a clean recycled box.

If your order is a gift, we offer attractive eco-friendly gift wrapping for a small fee. Please select this option at checkout.
